📋 Description

• Direct the operational, financial, and personnel activities of Patient Accounts.
• Achieve established performance targets across Health Care.
• Confer with physicians and managers to resolve problems and optimize service.
• Serve as liaison between Patient Accounts and physicians, staff, public, payors.
• Manage relationships and processes to maximize results.
• Promote collaboration and service excellence in the department.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading revenue cycle operations in healthcare.
• Knowledge of third-party payor regulations and compliance.
• Billing, credit/collections, cash control, and insurance operations.
• Ability to develop long-range access planning and reimbursement strategies.
• Coordinate financial reporting with accounting and compliance.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership.
