Interior Designer

📋 Description

• Develop curated design packages and options of varying spec levels and price points for Homebound
• Work closely with Sales and Procurement to ensure designs deliver on budget with market and style
• Deliver professional design presentations to clients - both virtually and in person - featuring
• Partner closely with the Tech team to load products and create offerings within our software
• Use Bluebeam to clearly communicate design intent and redline interior and cabinet shop drawings
• Maintain organized and current project files and assist in managing the Homebound Material Catalog

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6+ years of relevant experience in interior design
• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
• Must have experience working in a homebuilder design studio or design firm and leading client
• Must have experience in selecting interior specifications / finishes for architectural drawings
• Client facing experience with strong customer service and listening skills.
• Experience with design software e.g. Bluebeam Revu and graphics editing tools e.g. Photoshop or
