Interior Designer

📋 Description

• Develop interior design concepts, material palettes and finishes in line with St. Regis brand
• Prepare FF&E specifications, schedules and supplier packages.
• Design and document buyer customisation requests, and present options to buyers when required.
• Produce detailed drawings, renders and mood boards.
• Coordinate with the Architect, consultants and suppliers on samples, procurement and installation.
• Support site teams during fit-out to ensure the design is delivered as intended.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in interior design, with a portfolio of luxury residential or hospitality
• Hands-on experience with FF&E specification and finishes selection.
• Strong skills in AutoCAD and 3D visualisation tools (e.g. 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino).
• Fluent English and Russian.
• Degree in interior design or architecture.
• Experience at a leading design studio on high-end residential or branded hospitality projects
