📋 Description

• Lead the development of project design goals through programming, schematic design, design
• Evaluate client needs and translate design objectives and spatial requirements into effective
• Research, evaluate, coordinate, specify, and support procurement of furniture, fixtures, and
• Develop interior design solutions including floor plans, furniture layouts, pattern designs
• Coordinate interior design standards, technical requirements, and code compliance while
• Independently evaluate and select appropriate materials and finishes while consulting with vendors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong experience with furniture planning, specification, and procurement is strongly preferred.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong interior and furniture design capabilities, including planning
• Current NCIDQ certification is preferred.
• Strong design orientation with the ability to develop creative, thoughtful, and functional interior
