Intermediate Backend Engineer, Platform Readiness

📋 Description

• Build and maintain agentic workflow components on the Duo Agent Platform.
• Contribute to the platform requirements knowledge base and schema.
• Build integration surfaces for feature teams (issues, MR, docs, CI/CD).
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Data teams to translate expertise into artifacts.
• Write clear documentation and evaluations to validate agentic-workflow behavior.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering experience with backend focus
• Proficiency in TypeScript/Node, Python, or Golang
• Comfort reading/contributing to schemas (YAML, JSON Schema)
• Experience with Kubernetes and reasoning about failure modes
• Ability to work asynchronously and communicate in writing
• Exposure to and experience with LLM APIs, prompts, or agentic frameworks
