University degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance, or a related field
At least 4 years of relevant experience in defined benefit pension plan administration
Experience with pension calculation verification and/or the implementation of pension plan
Proficiency in pension calculation software
Strong Excel skills
Familiarity with VBA programming is an asset
