Intermediate Software Engineer - Field Operations

📋 Description

• Monitor hardware performance metrics to proactively identify collar and tower issues
• Investigate and respond to technical support tickets related to collar functionality and tower
• Lead investigations end-to-end, from triage through root cause to resolution
• Collaborate closely with customer teams to ensure efficient handover and resolution of technical
• Communicate cross-functionally with Deployment, Product, and Engineering teams
• Contribute to and maintain internal documentation and knowledge bases

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience in technical operations, support engineering, or similar role
• Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechatronics or similar (useful but not
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Confidence working with systems, data, dashboards, tools, workflows, logs, and APIs
• Track record of building tools or automations
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills
