📋 Description

• Collaborate with Learning & Organization Development on AI, DEIB, and people programs.
• Support design, coordination, and execution of learning initiatives.
• Drive program operations: communications, scheduling, tracking, and documentation.
• Analyze program data/feedback to derive insights and improvements.
• Research trends and develop POVs on AI and workplace learning.
• Create, curate, and manage internal communications and learning resources.

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed Master's in HR/Psychology or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Canva, presentation design, or content creation is a plus.
• Strong interest in Learning & Development, Employee Experience, or People Practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
