Intern, Account Management, Merchant Growth

📋 Description

• Support Account Managers with merchant communications, routine enquiries, account reviews, and
• Prepare and maintain account documentation, proposals, presentations, reports, and
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date merchant information in the CRM system and other relevant databases
• Coordinate with other teams to support merchant onboarding, account transitions, and timely service
• Monitor account activities and performance, identify issues or opportunities, and provide clear
• Support the planning and delivery of Merchant Growth team events and activations

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
• Ability to prioritise multiple deadlines, track follow-ups, and keep deliverables organised
• Familiar with Google Suite
• Ability to clarify merchant needs, respond to routine requests, and follow through on agreed actions
• Ability to organise and analyse quantitative and qualitative information, identify patterns, and
• Ability to maintain accurate, up-to-date account records and document handoffs so internal teams
