📋 Description

  • Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of social media content across platforms, with internal teams and creative partners.
  • Support the development and implementation of Co-Op Marketing Partnerships as necessary.
  • Assist with content coordination, including sourcing, organizing, and captioning travel imagery and video assets.
  • Provide logistical and creative support for brand webinars and partner training sessions, including presentation setup, asset organization, and post-event follow-up.
  • Contribute to brand campaigns and ad-hoc initiatives, including digital advertising support, collateral development, and promotional fulfillment.
  • Track campaign performance and gather insights for reporting; collaborate with cross-functional teams for brand consistency.

🎯 Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Marketing, Communications, Business, or related post-secondary program.
  • Strong interest in Brand Marketing, Social Media, Creative Strategy, or Travel Industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with creative assets (copy, imagery, design files) and collaborating with designers or content producers.
  • Proficiency in social media tools (Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite) is a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
