• Working toward a degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related field, or recently finished
• A working understanding of accounting principles and concepts
• Strong attention to detail, with the communication and collaboration skills to work across teams
• Comfort in a fast-moving environment with real deadlines
• Curiosity about technology, fintech, and how AI is changing the way a Finance team works
• Energy and intellectual curiosity, with a demonstrated interest in finance and analytics
