📋 Description

• Engage and manage stakeholder groups to boost knowledge management participation
• Bring ideas to group discussions for knowledge sharing challenges
• Develop and execute strategies for knowledge sharing across cross-functional teams
• Identify and implement new methods to increase engagement
• Facilitate problem-sharing sessions with stakeholders and synthesize insights to drive improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing or holding a degree in Engineering, Marketing, PM, Data Analysis, or MBA
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders
• Strategic thinker who connects ideas and solves problems independently
• Excellent time management and reliability in meeting deadlines
• Outgoing personality with people engagement and public speaking
• Prior internship experience in relevant domains is a plus
