Intern (Learning & Culture)

📋 Description

• Assist with strategic projects that enhance distributed work, culture-building, and employee
• Help prepare presentations and insights for senior leadership to inform decisions on workplace
• Draft, edit, and organize internal communications that help employees understand People Team
• Support communication planning by helping build message calendars, audience maps, stakeholder
• Translate survey findings, program updates, and leadership priorities into clear, concise
• Contribute to process improvements that improve collaboration across teams and strengthen employee

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or
• AI experience or coursework (e.g., applied AI, machine learning, natural language processing, or
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate
• Intermediate skills in Excel required; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Domo), survey
• Experience drafting or editing communications for employee, student, campus, nonprofit, or
• Strong attention to tone, audience, grammar, accuracy, and brand voice, with comfort tailoring
