Intern - Marketing Analytics

📋 Description

• Gather, clean, and analyze web data for marketing teams (paid, email, social, SEO, partnerships)
• Track traffic, engagement, and conversion trends and provide actionable recommendations
• Connect marketing spend to results; identify campaign performance, segment audiences, analyze
• Build dashboards in Amplitude or Power BI for stakeholder self-service
• Consult with marketing partners to define success metrics and improve campaign measurement
• Drive a stretch project (e.g., attribution analysis, A/B test readout, customer journey study

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with web analytics platforms (GA4, Amplitude, Adobe Analytics, or equivalent
• Experience combining fragmented data from multiple sources into a single, trustworthy view
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data modeling, charting)
• Nice to have: SQL and/or Python for data querying/cleaning/analysis
• Curious mindset, strong desire to understand user behavior via data
• Strong communication skills to explain findings to non-technical audiences
