📋 Description

Coordinate project activities and information
Optimize Marketing workflows to improve delivery timelines
Support Asana for visibility, consistency, and accountability
Assist integration of Asana with other Marketing tools
Support monthly reporting on Marketing results, priorities, and plans
Support quarterly Marketing planning, workbacks, and workshops

🎯 Requirements

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work collaboratively across teams
Interest in marketing, operations, or project management
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Asana/SmartSheets/Monday.com is a plus
Self-starter with proactive, solution-oriented mindset
