Intern - Marketing Performance

📋 Description

• Support the day-to-day monitoring, QA, and execution of paid search, paid social, display, and
• Help compile weekly campaign performance reports, highlighting key trends, anomalies, and
• Support testing initiatives across ad copy, landing pages, audiences, creative, and campaign
• Assist with keyword research, audience research, search query reviews, and competitive landscape
• Support creative asset coordination, including trafficking ads and maintaining naming conventions.
• Help maintain campaign trackers, budgets, pacing documentation, and launch checklists.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications
• Interest in paid digital media, performance marketing, and data-driven advertising.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in Excel.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, or similar platforms is a plus.
