📋 Description

• Support Partner Enablement in scalable sales and technical enablement for partners.
• Design and maintain partner enablement programs and learning paths to boost GTM readiness.
• Build automations and dashboards to streamline enablement and reduce manual work.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and CS to develop partner training and resources.
• Coordinate rollout of enablement initiatives, including training sessions and onboarding.
• Track adoption and engagement metrics; provide insights to improve programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in CS, Info Systems or related field, or relevant work experience.
• Commit to full-time for 6-12 months with global teams across time zones.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal departments.
• Takes initiative and is a quick learner who can execute independently.
• Growth mindset, curiosity, and strong problem-solving skills.
