Intern - Partnership Marketing

📋 Description

• Support development of partnership/co-op marketing proposals with timelines/materials.
• Assist with partner interactions, gathering data, information, and assets for campaigns.
• Support administration of joint marketing campaigns, tracking deliverables and milestones.
• Assist with accounts receivable notices and basic campaign financial tracking.
• Support post-campaign reporting, proof of performance, and recap materials.
• Maintain organized records of partner communications and campaign docs.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a business/marketing/communications/tourism program with interest in partnerships.
• Strong interest in partnership marketing, joint programs, and partner relationship management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Comfortable working with data, reports, and administrative processes.
• Able to work autonomously with guidance from the team.
