📋 Description

• Maintain accurate job and candidate records in ATS Paycom.
• Draft, update, and revise job descriptions to align with roles.
• Enter data, generate reports, and analyze recruitment metrics.
• Participate in Talent Acquisition team meetings and trainings.
• Support ad-hoc projects across Talent Acquisition and HR.
• Identify new recruiting sources to increase diversity in the applicant pool.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, and HR processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with ATS systems; Paycom is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
