📋 Description

• Help build an organisational listening and action engine using employee survey, behavioural, and
• Design and test AI-enabled workflows or agents that support research, data analysis, hypothesis
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research using methods such as surveys, interviews, literature
• Formulate research hypotheses and evaluate People programmes using experimental
• Collaborate with senior team members to translate empirical research and analytics into clear
• Contribute to self-service tools, AI agents, or data products that help non-technical users access

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's or PhD programme in Organisational Psychology, Business Analytics
• Practical knowledge of research design and ability to select appropriate methods for qualitative or
• Coursework or research experience in statistical modelling, econometrics, psychometrics, causal
• Proficiency in at least one analytical language - SQL, Python, or R - to conduct and interpret
• Ability to synthesise complex research or data into clear written findings and practical
• Experience engaging with AI tools and latest technologies to enhance productivity, improve research
