Intern - Repeat Marketing: CRM & Email Marketing

📋 Description

• Build and configure email flows and one-time sends in HubSpot CRM.
• QA campaigns—segmentation, tokens, formatting, links, and send logic.
• Support loyalty program email journeys: event invites and milestone gifting.
• Ensure contact segmentation and tagging in HubSpot for accurate targeting.
• Coordinate with Integrated Marketing to deploy email assets.
• Monitor post-send reporting and compile performance data for stakeholders.
• Maintain campaign docs and naming conventions in HubSpot.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
• Hands-on HubSpot CRM experience with workflows, lists, and campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail with methodical QA/testing.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communicator who can collaborate across teams.
• Interest in luxury travel, loyalty programs, or CRM marketing a plus.
