📋 Description

• Support the preparation and delivery of regular client reports, presentations, and insights.
• Assist in responding to client inquiries and resolving routine data or reporting issues.
• Help maintain high levels of client satisfaction through timely and accurate support.
• Support the monitoring and tracking of client requests to ensure agreed service levels are met.
• Assist in analysing market, consumer, and retail data to identify key trends and business insights.
• Support the maintenance of reporting templates, dashboards, and other client deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed within the last 1-2 years) in Economics, Computer science/Engineering
• 0 to 1 year of work experience, internship experience, National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
• Exposure to data analysis, research projects, customer service, or business reporting will be an
• Basic understanding of data analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with data visualization and analytical tools is an added advantage.
