Intern, Support Operations, Merchants

📋 Description

• Assist and lead small end-to-end operational projects with impact from problem definition and
• Document, visualise, and refine operational workflows, merchant onboarding flows, and support
• Partner with Account Managers, Leads, and adjacent teams (Product, Payments, Support) to prepare
• Analyse operational metrics using SQL and Excel to track initiative outcomes, identify bottlenecks
• Build clear presentation decks to communicate project updates, business cases, and takeaways.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field
• Project management skills to lead concurrent projects independently
• Foundational data analysis skills with hands-on experience using Excel, SQL, or similar tools to
• Experienced managing a variety of stakeholders
