📋 Description

• Allocate orders and release work to the floor.
• Balance workflow and prioritize waves to cycle times.
• Monitor waves through pick, QA, VAS, Replen, Pack, Ship.
• Communicate with Supervisors and Managers about delays.
• Create dashboard reports on wave cycle times and SLA.
• Manage order routing changes from the order desk and CS.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Drive Dock Stocker and Reach Truck
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Problem solve and resolve errors
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Knowledge of HighJump and Pyramid Controller software
