📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and execute Internal Audit from planning to follow-up.
• Develop and maintain the Annual Audit Plan based on risk and regulatory needs.
• Conduct audits across domains: technology, ITGC, cybersecurity, governance, and operations.
• Assess internal controls; identify deficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare clear audit reports with conclusions and practical recommendations.
• Partner with business, technology, product, compliance, and risk teams to monitor action plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Admin, Economics, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, or Internal Controls in regulated financial/fintech firms.
• Ability to independently lead audit engagements from planning through follow-up.
• Experience evaluating technology environments, processes, governance, and internal controls.
• Strong interest in technology, automation, AI, data analytics, and modern audit methods.
• Familiarity with IIA Standards, COSO, COBIT, ITIL, and cybersecurity best practices.
