📋 Description

• Conduct field surveys with recipients via call center tech to identify cash transfer issues.
• Use Aidkit, Salesforce, and internal software to track incidents and add notes for review.
• Report cases and brief IAA on outcomes regularly.
• Collaborate with IAA to draft recipient internal audit follow-up survey.
• Analyze survey functionality and tailor improvements per program.
• Track monthly survey responses and identify adverse event trends.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.

• Explain programs clearly and handle sensitive data with discretion.
• 2+ years experience working with vulnerable communities.
• Tech literacy to record recipient details in survey forms.
