Internal Audit Manager

📋 Description

• Own and coordinate audits across financial, regulatory, and data governance per CSSF/ECB/ESMA.
• Shape multi-year audit roadmap with co-sourced partners across Europe.
• Synthesize audit findings into reports for exec leadership and board.
• Drive remediation strategies, validate actions, escalate issues.
• Partner with Finance/Compliance/Legal/Ops to deliver independent advisory.
• Develop audit talent and modernize Internal Audit across EMEA.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in internal/external/compliance audit in regulated financial services.
• Deep knowledge of CSSF/CBL/ECB/EBA/ESMA regulatory regimes.
• Hands-on audits across financial controls, ops, data governance; COSO/COBIT/SOC 2/ISO 27001.
• CIA, CISA, or CFE certs with proven presentation to exec, board, and regulators.
• Uses AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow.
