Internal Audit Manager

📋 Description

• Audit tech and business domains end-to-end, from planning to reporting
• Perform risk assessments to shape annual audit plans
• Deliver data-driven findings aligned with business objectives
• Improve controls and efficiency via process mapping and root-cause analysis
• Coordinate remediation with process owners and verify resolution
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security, Legal, Finance, and Compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
• 5–7 years in internal audit, risk advisory, or compliance
• Experience auditing both technology and business domains
• Knowledge of internal controls, risk management frameworks, and IIA standards
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, data privacy, and third‑party risk
• Strong analytical, communication, and multi-project management
