📋 Description

• Lead the development and annual refresh of the risk assessment process and internal audit plan
• Conduct independent audits and assessments to evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of
• Manage operational, compliance, and FDICIA audits, ensuring assignments are completed according to
• Own assigned internal and co-sourced audits from initial scoping and planning through evidence
• Supervise and develop internal audit staff, allocate workloads, review workpapers, provide
• Oversee co-sourced audit resources to ensure alignment with audit scope, methodology, documentation

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in internal audit, banking, financial services, or a related field.
• At least one of the following professional certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Demonstrated experience leading audit engagements, supervising auditors, and collaborating
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, internal control evaluation, audit methodologies, issue
• Proven ability to assess audit evidence critically, identify control weaknesses, challenge
