Internal Auditor

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end audits across Finance, Insurance Ops, Compliance, IT and Security.
• Own and close backlog of 15–20 audit recommendations.
• Represent Internal Audit at Audit Committee level when needed.
• Co-build the next generation of audit tooling and automation.
• Partner with Finance, Risk, Actuarial, Compliance and Operations.
• By year end: lead 3 audits and contribute to 2 automation initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on internal audit across operational, compliance, and financial audits.
• Deep expertise in risk management across actuarial, finance, legal, regulatory and security.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong command of the insurance and financial services industry.
• Sharp legal and regulatory instincts.
• Autonomous in SQL and comfortable with AI tooling.
• A builder at heart, eager to shape something differentiated.
• Written-first — structured, precise, and comfortable with async communication.
