Internal Communications

📋 Description

• Act as trusted comms partner to Plaid leaders for internal audiences.
• Own exec content across talking points, emails, decks, and Slack.
• Turn strategies into clear, compelling company-wide stories.
• Lead internal comms strategy for All Hands, HBRs, and updates.
• Keep messaging aligned across leaders at scale.
• Own Plaid's internal AI narrative and its impact on work.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in internal comms at fast-paced tech co (founder exposure preferred)
• Proven track record building and scaling internal comms programs
• Excellent written and verbal skills; engage tech and non-tech audiences
• Comfort with AI tools in communications; AI narrative a plus
• Experience producing high-quality All Hands meetings
• Strong executive presence; counsel senior leaders including founder/CEO
