Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of professional experience in business/organizational communications
Experience in internal communications (preferred)
10+ years of experience in communications or public relations (preferred)
Experience supporting change management (preferred)
Practical experience using AI tools to draft, produce, personalize, or scale communications

Base salary range: $165,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year (Level 4)
Long-term incentives in the form of company stock or long-term cash awards
Potential discretionary bonuses
