Internal Communications Manager

📋 Description

• Advise senior executives on communications gaps and opportunities; turn them into plans that keep
• Lead change communications for company-wide and cross-division initiatives so employees understand
• Build a connected, unified culture across divisions, locations, and newly joined teams
• Develop and lead internal leadership speaking programs (live, filmed, and other formats)
• Set communications strategy and standards so teams use the right tools and channels to reach their
• Own and scale the company intranet for diverse organizations; establish style guides, templates

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of professional experience in business/organizational communications
• Available to travel to SpaceX locations as needed (<10%)
• Ability to share writing samples and examples of previous internal communications campaigns
• Based on-site in Hawthorne, CA or the Bay Area, CA. Remote or hybrid work will not be considered
