📋 Description

• Own the canonical internal story and living messaging framework
• Produce briefing materials ahead of major moments
• Own the internal FAQ and "what to say if asked" resources
• Take editorial ownership of All Hands: theme, arc, speaker prep
• Support the Exec with internal-facing comms - town halls, updates
• Build a weekly leadership comms rhythm beyond All Hands

🎯 Requirements

• Strong writer/editor; sharpen leadership messages
• Hands-on internal comms leadership in fast-moving org
• Translate data into narratives with Data & Insights
• Fluent in AI tools; apply rigorous human judgement
• Calm under pressure; advise leadership on timing
