Internal Communications Manager (R5918)

📋 Description

• Plan and deliver communications for assigned change initiatives, including M&As and integration
• Write and edit employee communications across channels, including announcements, FAQs, talking
• Turn complex or incomplete information into clear communications that explain changes and
• Manage communications plans, calendars, project trackers, reviews, approvals, and delivery
• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align messaging, timing, audiences, and
• Support leadership communications as assigned, including company meetings, leadership updates, and

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in internal, change, or corporate communications.
• Excellent writing, copy-editing, and presentation-development skills.
• Experience developing communications for acquisitions, integrations, organizational change
• Experience managing communications plans, timelines, stakeholders, reviews, and deliverables across
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Sound judgment and discretion handling confidential information.
