📋 Description

• Lead communications strategies and campaigns for People Experience programs.
• Partner with People Experience leaders to plan messaging and engagement.
• Counsel on messaging, timing, and change management for sensitive topics.
• Develop executive communications, leadership messages, campaigns, and events.
• Create multi-channel content to inform, educate, and engage employees.
• Identify storytelling opportunities to connect employees and the business.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in internal/employee comms, with 2+ years partnering with HR/People Experience.
• Proven experience creating global employee comms strategies, campaigns, and content.
• Experience partnering with executives to develop comms plans and engagement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of employee comms, change management, and org comms.
• Data-driven with analytics and feedback to guide strategy and measure impact.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field.
