Internal Communications Specialist (18 month FTC)

📋 Description

• Help lead the day-to-day planning and output of the Internal Comms team; ensuring we execute
• Develop communication plans to support the GoCardless and Mollie integration, helping colleagues
• Be the primary owner of our Town Hall sessions, from shaping the agenda and briefing leaders and
• Devise and execute communication plans (for example, to roll out our engagement survey, business
• Build connections to become a trusted adviser to stakeholders around the business to advise them on
• Co-manage our communications channels, including our intranet, Slack, and email tool, and help

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a busy internal communications team or function
• Ability to originate and execute strategic internal communications plans; tactically deliver them
• Experience taking the lead on internal communications aligned to various business transformation
• Confidently build relationships with stakeholders (at all levels), and other employees, so they
• Exceptional writing ability; you're unfazed by jargon and can easily transform complexity into
• An omnichannel mindset; you know how to get the very best out of various channels and platforms
