Internal Consultant, Solutions Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end project proposals; translate client needs into scoped engagements.
• Define scope, deliverables, boundaries, and assumptions with architects and clients.
• Document scope guardrails and change-control triggers.
• Create templates and frameworks (SOWs, playbooks) to standardize engagements.
• Collaborate with internal builders to automate pre-sales workflows.
• Analyze scoping accuracy and outcomes to improve estimates.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, or related field; consulting/pre-sales a plus.
• 4–7 years in management consulting, pre-sales/solutions, or delivery in tech/AI.
• Experience writing proposals, SOWs, or scoping docs; fixed-price is a plus.
• Comfort partnering with architects/engineers; translate business and tech language.
• Strong written communication; turn discoveries into crisp, structured docs.
• Familiar with workflow automation tools (Zapier/Make/n8n) and project tools.
