Internal Events Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the design, consulting, and governance of Internal Events within the Places & Experiences
• Transform events from execution to proactive strategic partnerships with frameworks and standards
• Manage a team of Event Leads and collaborate with Logistics for scalable, high-quality experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in event management, experience design, or related fields
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Experience designing and leading complex events, offsites, or large-scale employee experiences
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence across functions
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to operate in ambiguity
• Experience in remote-first or distributed environments preferred
