📋 Description

• Lead design, consulting, and governance of Internal Events within Places & Experiences.
• Build scalable event design practices across a remote-first company.
• Partner with leaders to translate objectives into event formats and engagement strategies.
• Establish frameworks, standards, and best practices for event planning and governance.
• Oversee a team of Event Leads and collaborate with Logistics for high-quality execution.
• Drive consistency, metrics, and visibility into event portfolios and budgets.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in event management, experience design, or related fields.
• 2+ years people management experience leading teams.
• Experience designing complex events, offsites, and large-scale employee experiences.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management across multiple functions.
• Ability to translate business objectives into engaging experiences.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure in a growing org.
