  • Lead logistics for Camunda Kickoff: venue, contracts, travel, AV, on-site.
  • Manage external vendors with clear SLAs, budgets, accountability.
  • Partner with the CEO, CPO, and leaders to shape the agenda aligned to strategy.
  • Curate substantive content; work with presenters on narrative and flow.
  • Build and manage the event budget; track actuals; report spend.
  • Lead post-event retrospectives and apply learnings for next cycle.

🎯 Requirements

  • Five+ years hands-on corporate/internal events experience with multi-day international attendees.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex logistics, multiple vendors, and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong project management; use systems and tools to stay organized.
  • Genuine judgment about session value; engaging content.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and iterating quickly.
  • Bias toward action; clear communication when things go sideways.
  • Experience remote/distributed work is a real advantage.
  • Proficiency with standard event tools; familiarity with Asana or similar PM software is a plus.
