Internal Events & Talent Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of internal events, from small to large programs.
• Design events to connect Palantirians with Palantir's mission and values.
• Support People Experience programs, onboarding, branding, and external events.
• Serve as operational backbone: improve processes, track projects, remove roadblocks.
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires and interns.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on event logistics; onboard new tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in an operational role.
• Onsite 4-5 days per week for onboarding or events.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.
