Internal Mobility Analyst (Recruiting) - Hawthorne

📋 Description

• Independently assess internal applicants against job requirements and fit.
• Develop accurate job postings and descriptions reflecting role needs.
• Evaluate skills/qualifications of internal candidates and identify opportunities.
• Lead and actively participate in interview debriefs.
• Counsel hiring managers to guide the best hiring decision for their team and company.
• Own the full relationship with internal candidates and provide timely feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years in operations, recruiting, or HR
• 2+ years as recruiter, recruiting coordinator, or sourcing
• Experience interfacing with mid-to-executive leadership
• Experience with Jira or other project management software
• Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS
