🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
1+ years in operations, recruiting, or HR.
2+ years as a recruiter, recruiting coordinator, or sourcing.
2+ years in human resources.
Experience interfacing with mid-to-executive leadership.
Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS.
