🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1+ years of professional experience in operations, recruiting, or HR.
• 2+ years experience as a recruiter, recruiting coordinator, or sourcing.
• 2+ years experience within human resources.
• Experience interfacing with mid-to-executive level leadership.
• Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS.
