📋 Description

• Run full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles across departments
• Qualify, screen, and engage candidates in a fast-moving hiring environment
• Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process
• Manage and track recruitment activity using an ATS
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on goals and improve hiring workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in staffing or high-volume recruiting
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and fast-paced hiring
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and organization skills
• Familiarity with CRM/ATS systems and recruitment tech tools
• Availability to work in PST or EST time zones
