📋 Description

• Partner with stakeholders to define metrics and trusted data sources.
• Turn manual reporting into live, self-service dashboards with drill-down.
• Prioritize reports for automation based on manual, stale, or error-prone data.
• Identify spreadsheet-driven work worth automating and scope fixes end-to-end.
• Write engineering-ready specs for handoffs to partners.
• Maintain a visible roadmap and build strong relationships with teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Early-career experience in product, business ops, analytics, or technical program management.
• Comfort with data, spreadsheets, and lightweight tooling (SQL, no-code, AI helpers).
• Some exposure to designing workflows or tools from the end-user perspective.
• Track record of shipping a tool, process fix, or internal script.
• Strong written communication and cross-functional relationship-building.
• Ability to prioritize impact vs effort across a backlog.
