International Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities across international entities, ensuring
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, intercompany transactions, foreign
• Own statutory financial reporting and local audit processes, coordinating with external auditors
• Ensure compliance with local accounting requirements while overseeing reconciliation and conversion
• Manage external accounting providers and hold them accountable for accuracy, quality, service
• Lead, coach, and develop international accounting team members while acting as an escalation point

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including substantial experience managing
• Active CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification such as ACCA or ACA.
• Previous public accounting experience is required; experience with a Big Four or large regional
• Strong experience with international statutory reporting, local audits, and monthly, quarterly, and
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, local GAAP requirements, intercompany accounting, and foreign currency

🎁 Benefits

• Annual compensation range of $90,000–$125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
• The compensation range reflects total compensation or on-target earnings, with the upper end
• Fully remote position within the United States.
