📋 Description

• manage your own clinical caseload on a flexible, contractual basis
• accept cases referred by Lyra's global corporate clients, providing short-term, goal-oriented
• maintain full autonomy over your practice, choosing your own hours and case volumes
• Provide high-quality, short-term counseling (typically 1 to 8 sessions per case) to corporate
• Utilize evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused
• Use Lyra's secure digital platform to manage scheduling, case notes, and global data privacy

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology or Clinical Social Work
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification clinical experience
• Registered with the local governing body as a psychologist, counsellor or clinical social worker
• Proven experience in short-term therapy or employee assistance programs (EAP)
• Psychoanalytic backgrounds are welcome, but you must be able to practice brief, structured
• A secure, confidential space with high-speed internet for telehealth video sessions
