📋 Description

• Own compensation for our international locations (such as Germany, France, UK, Ireland, Japan
• Support Anthropic's overall compensation framework, including salary, variable compensation and
• Operate as a strategic compensation business partner to international leadership, People Partners
• Own comp cycle execution end-to-end for international employees, including local market
• Navigate complex international regulatory environments, ensuring compliance with local pay and
• Build and maintain international benchmarking methodology

🎯 Requirements

• Have deep expertise in compensation, preferably in a high-growth environment, with direct
• Have a strong working knowledge of international compensation practices and the regulatory
• Have experience localizing global compensation programs
• Excel at collaborating across time zones with exceptional cross-cultural communication skills
• Have strong collaboration and program management skills, with a track record of taking on
• Thrive in strategic thinking while remaining comfortable with hands-on execution and detailed
